In a shocking turn of events, controversial AAP MLA and former Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti’s pet, Don, has been offered a job by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). According to our sources, the Labrador is seriously contemplating the proposal as this would result in the release of his master and himself.
Don has allegedly bitten Bharti’s pregnant wife Lipika at his master’s behest and this has stumped the entire breed of humans.
A CBI officer on condition of anonymity revealed the details, “Yes, we are hoping against hope for Don to join our team, in order to expedite the justice delivery process. After he accepts the offer, we would request him to “attack” all the criminals as soon as they’re arrested. We believe that this is the only way forward to fast-track cases in India.”
On being asked about the details of the job offer, he said, “Although, I cannot divulge more details about the offer, but yes, we are making arrangements for him to train our “Special 26” team comprising both dogs and cows!
(Starts to panic) Sorry, sorry, I didn’t want to say ‘cows’.
Gai hamari mata hai and I swear that I don’t eat beef.”
When the
Mocktale Bureau visited Don’s place to know his thoughts about accepting the job offer, he was seen holding a meeting with fellow Labradors. We assumed that he was arranging dog protection for his master Somnath Bharti, but one of the Labradors told us that the meeting is held in order to save the CBI officer who accidentally talked about cow and beef.
After our reporter managed to jump the fence, he caught hold of Don and asked him the most dreaded question: “What if he refuses the job offer, would he be arrested?” To which he replied, “
Don ka intezaar toh gyaarah mulkon ki police kar rahi hai, lekin Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai!”
The
Mocktale reporter fainted and was immediately taken to a nearby veterinarian.
